Project Management in the East

She has worked with Social Enterprise in the East for the past 10 years, working closely with Professor Ringu Tulku and His Holiness the 17th Karmapa and continues developing cultural links with Mother Amma and His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s International Association for Human Values. She developed links and opened communication and fundraising between a detox centre hospital in Indonesia for Prof. Suryani, MD, PhD and Hep C issues in Rialto Detox Clinic in Dublin.

She worked on the Restoration project of Prof. Ringu Tulku’s monastery, and developing health and education projects in the Rigul area of Tibet. |

Empowering Youth

She ensured the voice of Ireland’s youth was represented and heard at the World Youth Conference in 2003 in Morocco and 2005 in Edinburgh when the officials were not even aware of this major event at which youth from over 100 countries gathered to write their proposal to achieve the Millennium Development Goals 2012, presented to the UN.

International Peace Garden

Ms. Paolozzi was responsible for securing the International Peace Garden for Ireland in 2005/2006 www.ipgf.org. The International Peace Gardens offer a lasting link for participating countries to open doors for trade, commerce and cultural exchange. Bernice initiated the involvement of youth in the planting of the gardens in recognition of Young peoples’ enthusiasm and vibrancy to break down barriers and encourage tolerance and hope for our future.
