Bernice is a highly skilled executive mentor, having trained initially as a montessori teacher, she integrates her psychological training, experience in finance and management accounts, studies in human resource management and innovation management, together with over ten years extensive corporate cultural experience of Eastern and Western enterprise, to develop a new and dynamic approach to executive mentoring and health and wellness matters.

What sets Bernice apart from other mentors is her unique ability for very creatively and clearly identifying the gap which exists in each clients path to well being. Not only does she identify the gap, but she provides very clear, customised, tools and techniques required to bring an individual into balance and realignment with their goals.

The combination of her experience over the past 20 years in training and education, health, entrepreneurial endeavours and social enterprise give Bernice a completely holistic and grounded approach to executive mentoring.

Bernice worked as a Hepatitis C counsellor specialising in Aricular Acupuncture, for which she trained in a halfway house in Forest Hill, Elephant & Castle. She is also qualified with the Yuan Traditional Medicine College UK where she also trained as Clinical Supervisor and Examiner in Hepatitis Counselling and Detox. She trained in the Wat Po Monastery in Thailand in Thai Massage and has graduated in Advanced Silva International Method Positive Mind Programming. She has studied extensively Chinese and Tibetan medicine, nutrition and physiology. She is also qualified in Indian Head Massage and Reiki Energy Healing.
